Managed by ARAMARK, a leader in the food service business, the on-campus dining experience at UMF is not your typical cafeteria food. We’re not trying to compete with your mom’s cooking but students are usually pleasantly surprised by the quality and selection of items available in our dining hall.

Our campus dining service strives to keep pace with the ever–changing trends in dining — offering traditional American cuisine, international dishes, deli offerings, custom-made right before your eyes stir-fry meals, hot off-the-grill items, popular vegetarian varieties, fresh-tossed, low-fat options, creative pizzas, even five star festive meals and monotony breakers. And all of it is top quality.
The dining hall serves breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week during the academic year and we offer several different cost-saving meal plan options for you to choose from.
If you like to grab food and go, you’ll love our on-campus Snack Bar. Here, you’ll find even more dining and snack options — as well as a nice place to study or spend time with your friends. Be sure to look for extended Snack Bar hours, too.
