Student Loan Education Workshop

Do you have money problems? Worried or curious about your student loan debt? As a part of the UMF Campaign for Financial Literacy, the UMF Peer Financial Assistants will be putting on an educational workshop focused on student loan education. The PFAs will also be describing the services offered in our one-on-one personal money- and debt-management tutoring services; come in and get advice and build a holistic strategy to manage your personal finances. Full Moon Hike, Halloween Theme! (Bear Mountain in Turner)
October 29th, 2012 - 5:15pm
Hike with us using headlamps during a full moon. Participants are encouraged to hike in their Halloween costume; we will be doing a costume contest at the top! Moderate hike to the mountain top with 360 degree views under the full moon! Minimum age of 13. No Crocs or flip flops, sturdy lace up shoe required. Meet at UMF Fitness & Recreation Center. Open to the public.
