Teaching Commons: Improving Teaching Practice

With Grace Eason. How do we revise & make changes in our courses to improve practice? Why is it important to try new ideas and continue with them even if they are not successful the first time? How do we know if we are we meeting the goals we set at the beginning of the semester? There are many informational sources available to help paint a more complete picture of our classes (reflective practice, incorporating student feedback, course evaluations, observation, etc.).
