The goal of Sustainability and Growth will begin in Year One, and we will achieve it through four objectives.

Stability & Growth

  • Increase Enrollment  |  A robust flow and diverse range of students will enhance access, affordability and academic excellence
  • Solid Financial Stewardship  |  Investing our resources intentionally will achieve and sustain long-term fiscal health and abundance (or support)
  • Inclusive Planning and Decision Making  |  Intentional and transparent plans and decisions will foster deep and broad campus support decisions throughout UMF
  • Align with the University of Maine System  |  Cross-campus collaborations and clear subject matter leadership will ground UMF within the University of Maine system and prepare it for a promising future
