In Fall 2020, students in Dr. Oswald’s REH 222: Mindfulness in the Helping Professions course learned about nature-based interventions to improve mindfulness, decrease stress and anxiety, and improve overall well-being. As part of the course, each student developed a meditation for the trail system based on their newly acquired knowledge around mindfulness.
