We offer a number of fun off-campus Accepted Student Events specially designed for students who have been accepted to UMF.

Education Open House
Friday, Sept 27 | 9am – 2pm
Want to be a teacher?
Join us for this special Education-Focused Open House, Friday, September 27.
This Open House will provide you with hands-on experiences that showcase why UMF graduates are such sought-after educators.
Meet with UMF faculty, current students, and alumni who will share their experiences and discuss the wide range of opportunities available to you here.
Campus tours, lunch in South Dining Hall, and separate sessions for families are all part of the day.
UMF has been educating teachers since 1854 — come learn what sets us apart.

This fun-filled, day-long event will give you and your family a comprehensive view of the University of Maine Farmington.
You’ll learn about the admissions process, student life, living on campus, academics, and financial aid.

We also participate in several College Fairs and Visits to High Schools.
These include NACAC College Fairs, NEACAC College Fairs, Big Future Day Fairs, the UMaine System’s own On Track for College – Maine Fair.
Plus a slew of visits to high schools in Maine and many other states.
