UMF professors Gaelyn and Gustavo Aguilar have an exhibit of six experiential ‘artifacts’ linked to the National Historic Lewis and Clark Trail on display Sept. 13 through Oct. 21 at the University of Maine at Farmington Art Gallery, said the Morning Sentinel. The exhibit “Borders, Corridors and Lines of Desire” is meant to open the mind of the audience into thinking about problems such as, the “interlocking dynamics of colonialism, immigration and social race in U.S. history that continue to resonate with a range of critical themes.”
