The University of Maine at Farmington rewards students who have performed well in their high school academic courses.

If you are admitted to UMF as a first-time, first-year student with a recalculated* GPA of 2.75 or higher and are pursuing a rigorous college prep curriculum in high school, may be eligible for one of the academic scholarships listed below.

*Your GPA is determined by a recalculation during the review. Typically, students with a B average in academic courses are awarded the Academic Achievement Scholarship. Students with averages above B in academic courses can be considered for the other scholarships.
